Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview:

The Logistics Coordinator understands and follows software and procedural protocol for contract research as it pertains to property, equipment and services required. Maintains contract renewals for property, equipment and services under Plant Ops oversight, reviews accuracy of information and ensures software platforms being utilized are capturing and reporting as needed.

Essential Functions:

• Maintains and reviews Capturis database for accuracy, researches and confirms validity of energy usage invoices which have been flagged as out of specified range and communicates with site representatives to clarify exceptions, clears exceptions from database when confirmed by site, modifies account data (site #, site description GL info etc.), creates profiles within database and grants user access, provides Senior Facilities Management with reports when required.
• Possesses detailed knowledge of the lease property management software database, compares sites in Capturis to sites listed in Lease program to validate site activity.
• Confirms and researches information required for compliance in database regarding Plant Ops oversight areas.
• Maintains in depth knowledge of Strata (Capital request software program) coordinates with site or project manager when needed to confirm details of request are available for capture in request/application.
• Primary Strata point of contact for Real Estate/Property team (SBO, Campus, Stockton, Lacey and Hooper etc) when required.
• Provides support to Technical Services and Warehouse Division regarding engineering or parts research for upcoming projects or component level repairs.
• Provides support for software programs required in effort to continuously perform more efficient (options for inventory identification/control in warehousing).
• In depth knowledge of PeopleSoft and TMS database to expedite and process required services and hardware associated, determines validity of need and suitability for resolution, possesses or obtains familiarity of divisional responsibility as it pertains to systems to be supported and understands and determines the capabilities of technical personnel for assignment when required.
• Offsite Regulatory program setup and oversight
• Hillsborough Building (old Medicor) handle all building contracts, tenant relations, service response, regulatory licensing and inspections, bids for future Capital improvements
• SBO CDC Plant Ops oversight, assumed responsibility for 3 main building generators service and PMs, building liaison between landlord and all depts within building
• Fleet management for Regulatory and Tech Services vehicle insurance, coordination of repairs, accident reports, etc.
• Maintenance and resources pilot program (AB Facility Services) for BHMG
