Our Mission
As New Jersey’s oldest non-profit, nonsectarian hospital and one of the state’s premier academic medical centers, affiliated with Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, and St. George’s University School of Medicine, Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center is committed to exceeding our community’s highest expectations for comprehensive, sophisticated care.
Today, we’re one of the state’s largest health care providers and a RWJBH flagship Medical Center. Our award-winning, 597-bed institution treats 33,000+ inpatients and 300,000+ outpatients annually, in conjunction with the Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center.
