Job Overview:
The Program Coordinator provides evaluation and assessment for the CCBHC-IA grant by capturing and analyzing data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Database management and ability to complete sophisticated statistical analysis
- Experience in the use of software, such as Excel, for quantitative data analysis
- Strong critical thinking/problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to correctly interpret and apply rules, policies, and procedures, regulations, and standards in a consistent, systematic manner
Preferred:
- Master s degree
- Experience with completing program calculations and outcome studies in mental health, social services, or healthcare
- 2-3 years of experience working in data analytics, outcomes, reporting and computer science technologies
Scheduling Requirements:
- Shift working, 8:30-4:30pm each day
- Monday-Friday
- FT
Essential Functions:
- Conduct routine analysis on program process and outcome data
- Identify program improvement working closely with program staff
- Presents written reports and presentations related to evaluation process and findings
- Monitors progress towards project goals and objectives, effectiveness, impact and sustainability
- Extracts and analyzes data from existing case files and other clinical documents
- Demonstrates knowledge of evaluation methods and data analysis techniques
- Monitors Key Performance Indicators to provide information to CCBHC Project Director and agency leadership to evaluate program effectiveness
- Develops monitoring markers to measure clinical best practices
- Maintains compliance with all organizational policies and procedures
- Attends staff meetings, workshops, trainings and supervision
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management
