Nurse Shift Supervisor – The RN Shift Supervisor provides nursing care oversight in the health care system within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards and assures awareness of ethical standards of practice as defined by the ANA code of ethics.

Assistant Director - Working very closely with the Director of Plant Operations, the Assistant Director manages, plans, schedules and allocates daily assignments to department staff for the Medical Center and off-site facilities. Coordinates maintenance programs for the buildings and grounds of all facilities, ensures regulatory compliance with governing agencies including but not limited to: DNV, DOH, DCA, Municipal Building and Fire Departments, Oversee Contractor and procurement activities.

Assistant Vice President - The Assistant Vice President of Administration is responsible for the leadership and function of the assigned division, departments assigned, and for overall quality of care delivered throughout the hospital organization.

Assistant Director of Patient Care - The Assistant Director of Patient Care collaborates with Operations Manager to ensure safe staffing patterns which considers patient needs and staff competencies, services as liaison to surgeons in service line specialty, reviews schedule two weeks in advance to insure appropriate resources are available, reviews schedule one day in advance to ensure appropriate OR suite, development and upkeep of preference cards, maintains control of specialty equipment and supplies, provides leadership in the delivery of patient care for the unit as demonstrated by assisting staff in establishing priorities for patient care needs. They serve as a resource for interpretation of regulatory requirements. They also assume key functions in implementation of P&P of nursing division. They promote effective resource utilization related to clinical practice Identifies and coordinates the needs of service line physicians through scheduled meetings.

Chief Administrative Officer - The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) will develop, execute, and drive the hospital's strategic and operational plan, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, while also addressing local community population and patient needs. The CAO will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the hospital and work closely with other senior leaders to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of exceptional, patient centered care and safe, high-quality access and outcomes.

Chief Medical Officer - The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) leads safety and quality improvement efforts with the goal of achieving top clinical and patient-centered outcomes that set the standard in healthcare delivery and innovation. The CMO is responsible for integration and coordination of clinical practice across all service lines, to develop and deploy methods of process improvement designed to enhance and improve clinical quality, patient experience and reduce healthcare costs.

Chief Transformation Officer - The Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) is a physician leader focused on quality improvement and care efficiency. The CTO will partner with the Chief Medical Officer, Chief Operations Officer (COO), physician community, hospital nursing, and inpatient clinical staff to develop and drive process improvements designed to enhance and improve clinical quality and patient experience and reduce healthcare costs. The CTO leads quality improvement efforts to achieve top clinical and patient-centered outcomes that set the standard in healthcare delivery and innovation.

Director - The Director is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and implementing all aspects of their associated program.
